Zongshen Zuo
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Zongshen Zuo is the chairman and owner of Zongshen Industrial Group (ZIG). As a self-made entrepreneur, he founded ZIG in 1992 and now ZIG ranks as one of the 500 largest industrial companies in China. With about 30 subsidiaries, ZIG has total assets exceeding 5 billion Renminbi and an annual production capacity of 2 million motorcycles and 4 million motorcycles engines. Mr. Zuo is the vice chairman of the China Motorcycle Association and a standing member of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. He is also a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and actively participates in social charity programs.


Yao Li
Director & President

Mr. Yao Li is the Senior Vice President of ZIG. He is also a director of Chongqing Zongshen Power Machinery Co., Ltd, a company publicly listed in China's Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Prior to joining ZIG in 1997, he worked in Nanbu municipal government of Sichuan Province. Mr. Li holds a bachelor degree at the Agricultural College of Southwest University and a master degree at Chongqing University in China.


Joanne Yan
Independent Director

Ms. Yan has approximately thirteen years of experience in advising and assisting with the financing of venture and growth companies, and has played a significant role in the financing and business development strategies of several North American and China-based companies. She has also been a senior corporate executive and has held board positions on a number of public and private companies. Ms. Yan is currently the President and a director of Red Dragon Resources Corporation, a mining exploration company. She is also a director of several TSX listed companies, Hanfeng Evergreen Inc., a company that specializes in the manufacture and distribution of specialty fertilizers, Hanwei Energy Services Corp., a company in the business of manufacturing wind power equipments, fiberglass reinforced pipes and FGD system in China, and Yalian Steel Corporation, a company in the business of manufacturing steel transmission pipes in China; Ms. Yan was a co-founder in 1996 of Golden China Resources Corp., formerly APAC Minerals Inc., and up until January 1, 2006 was the Managing Director, Vice President and Corporate Secretary of that company. She was formerly a director and one of the founders of CPAC (Care) Holdings Ltd., which was a publicly traded company and was acquired by Chartwell Master Cara LP in July 2005.


Malcolm Clay
Independent Director

Mr. Clay, B.A., FCA., was a partner of KPMG Canada for 27 years, during which he was in charge of the Vancouver audit practice of KPMG for ten years. As a public accountant, he served as lead audit or concurring partner for public companies listed on AMEX, NYSE, and the Canadian Stock Exchanges. In 1997, he was elected non-executive Chairman of KPMG Canada. Mr. Clay retired from his career at KPMG in 2002 and since then he has served as a consultant and advisor to numerous private and public companies. From 2002 until present, he has been a consultant and corporate director of Versatile Systems Inc., a company specializing in business information technology solutions, Minco Cold Corporation, a gold mining company, and Abode Mortgage Holdings Ltd., a company providing services of residential mortgage loans.


Dennis Mills
Independent Director

Mr. Mills is Vice Chairman and CEO of MI Developments Inc., a public company spun off from Magna International in 2003. Magna International is the most diversified automotive components supplier in the world. Mr. Mills served as Vice President at Magna from 1984 to 1987. Previously, Mr. Mills served as a Member of Parliament in Canada's federal parliament from 1988 to 2004. While a Member of Parliament, Mr. Mills was Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Industry from 1993 to 1996, the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs from 1993 to 1995 and the Chair of the Committee studying the Industry of sport in Canada. Mr. Mills was the Senior Policy Advisor to the Cabinet Committee on Communications (1980-1984), Advisor to the Minister of Energy (1980-1981), Senior Advisor to the Minister of Multiculturalism (1980), and Senior Communications Advisor to the Prime Minister of Canada, The Right Honourable Pierre Elliott Trudeau (1980-1984).


Kim Oishi
Independent Director

Mr. Oishi is currently the Senior Vice President, Finance and Business Development of Hanwei Services Corp., an energy services company with products for oil, wind power and clean coal in China. Mr. Oishi has worked in worked in corporate finance and business development for high growth public and private companies for over fifteen years, focusing almost exclusively on China related companies since late 2003. He is also a director of two TSX Venture listed companies, Cantronic Systems Inc. a developer of infrared imaging and night vision systems, and Grand Power Logistics Group Inc., a logistics and freight forwarding company. He was a director of Hanfeng Evergreen Inc., a fertilizer manufacturer in China from March 2006 to March 2008 and served as President until March 2006. Mr. Oishi has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of British Columbia.
