ZPP has developed and patented a processing unit which allows the use of a lithium battery in conjunction with a lead acid battery which provides the following benefits:

• Lighter lithium battery acts as the primary source of rechargeable battery and is easier to be removed and carried for recharging purposes;
• Shorter recharge time;
• The addition of the lithium battery provides a longer travel range for the Blue Sea e-bikes.

The Blue Sea e-bikes will use ZPP’s patented processing unit and will be the only one of its kind in the marketplace. ZPP anticipates growing its market-share of e-bikes aggressively as a result of its proprietary battery technology.
